Founded in 1989, Guangdong Shanzhang Industry Co., Ltd. (SZIND) has been specialized in R&D and manufacturing of printing machines, coating machines, and other field-related environmental protection equipment and compatible peripherals. With over 30 years in the field of printing equipment, we have accumulated top-notch technical R&D strength and obtained independent intellectual property rights. Furthermore, we have become leading company in domestic industry of printing and packaging equipment, and awarded as top 30 in domestic packaging industry. At present, SZIND occupies 30,000 square meters including R&D office building, production workshop, and living facilities.

SZIND offers products including gravure printing press, flexographic printing press, solvent combined laminator, solvent-less laminator, multifunctional coater, reverse osmosis membrane coater, etc. which are applicable to a wide range of industries, such as food packaging, medical packaging, daily necessities packaging, printing, advertisement, and so on.

Our plant consists of metalworking workshop, assembling workshop, quality inspection center, parts storeroom, and finished products warehouse, and equips nearly 60 different kinds of mechanical processing equipment, including 4 intelligent machining centers, CNC boring milling turning machine, large gantry planer, openside planer, high precision grinding machine. We are capable of accomplishing various processing techniques. Besides, we have specific personnel in manufacturing, installation and commissioning at a rate of 70% out of total staff, more than half of them has over 12 years of field-related experience, this enable us to provide you with better service.

SZIND strictly implements international quality management system and established complete quality control system and regulation. Every process from raw material incoming, preliminary treatment, parts processing, parts assembly, final assembly until commissioning and delivery are all subjected to strict supervision, avoiding unqualified products from entering next process and ensuring qualified rate of 100%.

Until 2017, 35% of SZIND’s products exported to more than 20 countries, including Thailand, Indonesia, India, Iran, Vietnam, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Colombia, nearly 10,000 units of SZIND equipment have been put into use around the world.

Since establishment, SZIND obtained 25 utility model patents, 1 invention patent, 9 design patents, 4 computer software copyrights, a number of products fill in the blank of domestic field.

SZIND has nearly 30 years of experience, won 30 national and provincial level awards.
Until 2017, our products exported to more than 20 countries, including Vietnam, Nigeria, Pakistan, Colombia.

In 1990, the first YS620 compound type gravure printing press in domestic field was successfully developed. In 2018, when we decided buyback it, this gravure printing press was still working normally.
Our raw materials are purchased from well-known suppliers, such as Siemens, Airtac, Techmach, Mitsubishi, etc.

We provide technical support and remote after-sales service. Besides, we have agents in different countries to provide local customer with maximum convenience.
