In the early days of establishment, SZIND’s R&D staffs have independently developed the first compound type gravure printing press and the first automatically controlled gravure printing press in domestic field, and obtained a number of patents. At present, more than half of employees have over 12 years of field-related experience.

Customer: KIMIA KALA CO. (IRAN)

Detailed information: This customer required aluminum foil as the substrate for coating, considering that the aluminum foil is soft and easy to be torn, accurate tension control should be took into account during designing. After knowing customer’s needs, we have designed a coating machine specialized for coating on special materials. This coating machine adopts anilox roll to coat one time on each of front and back sides of web, and tension can be controlled with a range of 6-40kg/full width. After testing and commissioning, the coating machine completely met customer’s requirements. What’s more, we have regulated electrical power and machine speed, enabling that the coating machine reaches speed up to 200m/min with a low motor power of 90kw, featuring high productivity with low power consumption.

PACK PRINTER CO., LTD. (Thailand) has been built close cooperative relationship with us from 2009 to 2018. Since 2009, SZIND provided 3 electronic line shaft rotogravure printing presses for them.
SGE-F220-6 colors electronic line shaft rotogravure printing press is a custom-engineered model, with width of 1680mm and maximum speed up to 220m/min, which is suitable for printing on BOPP, PET, PA, PE, as well as paper of 30-80g/m². This gravure printing press is capable of accomplishing high speed printing, automatic splicing, precise tension control, featuring easy operation, less labor force, and more material saving.

As a leading company in printing and packaging industry in Southeast Asia, KIM PAI specializes in manufacturing self-adhesive labels, soft tubes and other packaging products. In 1983, KIM PAI established THAI O.P.P company in Bangkok of Thailand for producing film products which require high quality gravure printing press to complete various production processes.
For this reason, SZIND provided them with SGE-F300-8 colors electronic line shaft rotogravure printing press, this machine is applicable to multiple materials, including PVC, PET, BOPP, CPP, PE and PA. The maximum printing speed reaches 300m/min, can be used with water-based ink. After design of airflow optimization in drying chamber, it is possible to implement water-based ink printing with a speed up to 350m/min. Semi-enclosed ink fountain can efficiently prevent ink from volatilizing. It features precise printing registration, stable operation, high work efficiency and environmental protection, fully meets customer’s requirements of high quality printing.
