In the early days of establishment, SZIND has independently developed the first YS series compound type gravure printing press in domestic field, breaking the traditional printing registration method in the field. In 1996, SZIND again successfully developed the first high speed gravure printing press in domestic field, this opened the door to a new chapter of domestic printing industry. Then in 2008 and 2015, direct-driven electronic line shaft gravure printing press and water treatment reverse osmosis membrane coater have also been successfully developed.

The first YS620 compound type gravure printing press in domestic field was successfully developed.
SZIND was awarded “Enterprise of Good Creditworthiness” issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of Guangdong Province, and has earned this honor in 26 consecutive years.
SZIND brand compound type gravure printing press was donated as the anniversary gift for celebrating 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Shantou Special Economic Zone, and was highly praised by the former Chinese President Mr. Jiang Zemin and former Governor of Guangdong Province Mr. Ye Xuanping.
SZIND accepted the task assigned by China National Packaging Corporation for research and development of automatically controlled gravure printing press.
And SZIND successfully completed the task, the first independently designed and manufactured SGF automatically controlled high speed gravure printing press in domestic field.
SZIND participated in National Innovation Project (Torch Program) and won “the Third Prize of the Torch Outstanding Project”.
SZIND was also rated as “National Key High-Tech Enterprise” issued by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science & Technology. In the same year, SZIND received award “National Demonstration Unit of CAD Application”.
Our second generation SGF-AII closed loop vector control high speed gravure printing press was classified as “National Key New Product”, and listed in National Innovation Project (Torch Program).
Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology built Engineering &Technology Research and Development Center of Digital Packaging and Printing Equipment in SZIND. The same year, SZIND was identified as “well-known trademark of Guangdong Province”.
The first servo driven electronic line shaft rotogravure printing press in domestic field was successfully developed.
SZIND was identified as “Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Industry Demonstration Base of Guangdong Province: Innovative Industrialization Base for Digital Printing & Packaging Equipment”
SZIND’s Technology R&D department won the title “Advanced Collective of National Machinery Industry” jointly awarded by National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security with China Machinery Industry Federation. Meanwhile, our reverse osmosis membrane coater has passed state-level appraisal.
SZIND’s high speed gravure printing press was awarded as “Famous Brand Product of National Machinery Industry”. In the same year, new manufacturing plant was built, enhancing our production environment and productivity.
The YS620 compound type gravure printing press developed in 1990 is permanently to be collected in Exhibition Gallery of Guangdong Province’s 40-year reform and opening up of Shenzhen Museum.
