Rotogravure Printing Press with Electronic Line Shaft

Each printing plate cylinder (gravure cylinder) from every printing unit is driven by a servo motor, and the virtual master axis accomplishes synchronization of these printing plate cylinders. The register function can be executed by the variation of phase of printing plate cylinder.
Electronic line shaft rotogravure printing press has faster printing speed, better flexibility and higher efficiency.
Standard width: 850/1050/1250mm (can be customized, Max. 2500mm)
Applicable substrate: various rolls of plastic film, aluminum foil, paper

Rotogravure printing press with mechanical drive

In this rotogravure printing press, a mechanical line shaft is used for connecting all printing units by couplings, thus to ensure synchronization of all printing plate cylinders. The precision ball screw moves in linear motion to compensate the position error, enabling that register control is precisely performed. This gravure printing press features simple structure, which is an economical option.
